Are you feeling daunted by a Big Change? It probably feels hard, scary, beautiful, and intense.

I’m reaching out through time and space to say: you got this! You can absolutely cope with this change. And in my experience, with the right support, you can even thrive.

It would be an honor to step in as an additional support person during this transition. I can be a companion, advocate, planner, and cheerleader. These are familiar roles from my time as an end-of-life doula and life enrichment specialist. I’m also a neurodivergent parent who practices self-advocacy and accommodations in my daily life.

I’m equipped to offer support through many life changes including and especially postpartum and parenting, pet loss, discovering neurodivergence, career changes including retirement, coming out, weddings, and moving.

Some of the things that we might do together are: identify concerns, make safety and self-care plans, implement tools and accommodations, consider supportive practices like creative expression or grounding rituals, adopt new perspectives, contact supportive loved ones or professionals, recommend resources or reading material, affirm your resilience and existing skills, and more.

If these sound like helpful steps on your journey, you’re invited to sign up for a One-Hour Call. The rate for these sessions is pay-what-you-can with a suggested donation of $75.

Here’s a little more information:

  • I provide services within the scope of the doula model of care. That means that I am a non-medical professional who can provide practical, informational, and emotional support.

  • I am not a mental health professional and I do not provide mental health diagnosis or treatment. I highly recommend working with a therapist (if you are able to do so), and I will refer you to seek medical or mental health care if you are in crisis.

  • Due to the short-term nature of many changes and humans’ innate ability to adapt, many people will feel supported within 1 to 4 sessions.

  • Spiritual support (like tarot readings, philosophical conversations, and sharing nudges from the Universe) can be included upon request.

  • Some experiences are not part of my expertise. If that’s the case, I will inform you as soon as possible (before or during our first call) and discuss possible referrals.

  • Information and idea-sharing is one of my strengths and special interests. This is not meant to be a form of advice-giving that says “you should”. Instead, it’s meant to be option-sharing that says “you could”. You’re welcome to disregard what doesn’t resonate and give feedback if this approach doesn’t feel supportive to you.

  • I really love to explore these big, hard, beautiful changes and find ways to have a better experience during challenging seasons of life. Let’s talk!
